二、工作原理
SLRQ系列(lie)液體(ti)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)起動(dong)器是采用特(te)種介質的(de)水溶液作為電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),在特(te)殊設計的(de)液阻(zu)(zu)箱中引(yin)入(ru)極板作電(dian)(dian)極串(chuan)(chuan)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)機轉子回路中,電(dian)(dian)機起動(dong)時,由一小功率伺服電(dian)(dian)機帶動(dong)極板移動(dong)來改變(bian)極板的(de)相對位置,使(串(chuan)(chuan)入(ru)轉子回路的(de))液體(ti)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)由大到小作無(wu)極變(bian)化,從而使電(dian)(dian)機低電(dian)(dian)流平滑起動(dong)。
三、性能特點
l 起動性能遠優于(yu)頻敏變阻(zu)器(qi)、油浸變阻(zu)器(qi)、鑄鐵電阻(zu)等起動器(qi)。
l 軟起動,起動電流小:小于電機額(e)定(ding)電流的1.3倍;

二、工(gong)作原理
SLRQ系列液體(ti)(ti)電(dian)阻(zu)起動(dong)器是采用特(te)種介質的水(shui)溶液作為電(dian)阻(zu),在特(te)殊設(she)計的液阻(zu)箱中引入極(ji)板(ban)作電(dian)極(ji)串入電(dian)機轉(zhuan)子(zi)回路中,電(dian)機起動(dong)時,由一(yi)小(xiao)功率伺服(fu)電(dian)機帶動(dong)極(ji)板(ban)移動(dong)來改變極(ji)板(ban)的相對位置,使(串入轉(zhuan)子(zi)回路的)液體(ti)(ti)電(dian)阻(zu)由大(da)到小(xiao)作無極(ji)變化,從而使電(dian)機低(di)電(dian)流平滑起動(dong)。

SLRQ系列(lie)起動器選型的主要參數為電機功率(lv)。用戶在(zai)選型時(shi),應根據電機功率(lv),依照(zhao)上述命名方法和本說明書“標準規(gui)格”中詳細(xi)的型號分類,確定要選用的起動器型號。

十、外形示意圖

十(shi)二(er)、安裝(zhuang)調(diao)試(shi)
SLRQ系列起(qi)動(dong)器的安裝調(diao)試須在(zai)我方技術人員現(xian)場指導下進行。但(dan)在(zai)正式(shi)調(diao)試前用戶(hu)需將設(she)備(bei)(bei)就位,并準備(bei)(bei)好(hao)連接主電機滑環至起(qi)動(dong)器的電纜(應能(neng)承載轉子(zi)電流)。
(一)、安裝與連(lian)線
1、 控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)和電(dian)阻柜(ju)應安裝(zhuang)在(zai)可泄水(shui)(shui)的水(shui)(shui)泥平(ping)臺上,確(que)保柜(ju)體(ti)與水(shui)(shui)平(ping)面垂直,柜(ju)體(ti)緊固于平(ping)臺 上的槽鋼上,且控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)下方應有(you)電(dian)纜溝。
2、 按照電(dian)氣原理圖(tu)(tu)和(he)電(dian)氣聯鎖圖(tu)(tu)將電(dian)動機轉子電(dian)纜線(xian)(電(dian)纜線(xian)能(neng)承載(zai)足夠的(de)電(dian)流)引入起動控(kong)制柜并連(lian)接(jie)好(hao),同時接(jie)好(hao)聯鎖控(kong)制線(xian)。
3、 檢查接線是否(fou)正確,緊固件是否(fou)松動。

十二、安裝調試
SLRQ系列起動(dong)器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)調(diao)試(shi)須在我(wo)方技術人員現場(chang)指導(dao)下進行。但在正式(shi)調(diao)試(shi)前用戶需(xu)將設備就位,并(bing)準備好連(lian)接主電(dian)機滑環至起動(dong)器(qi)的電(dian)纜(應能承(cheng)載(zai)轉(zhuan)子電(dian)流)。
(一)、安裝與(yu)連線
1、 控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)和(he)電阻柜(ju)(ju)(ju)應(ying)安裝在可泄水的水泥平臺上(shang),確保(bao)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)體(ti)與水平面垂直,柜(ju)(ju)(ju)體(ti)緊固(gu)于平臺 上(shang)的槽(cao)鋼上(shang),且控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)(ju)(ju)下(xia)方(fang)應(ying)有電纜溝。
2、 按照電(dian)氣原(yuan)理圖和電(dian)氣聯(lian)鎖(suo)圖將電(dian)動機(ji)轉子電(dian)纜線(電(dian)纜線能承載足夠的(de)電(dian)流(liu))引入起動控制(zhi)(zhi)柜并(bing)連接(jie)好,同時接(jie)好聯(lian)鎖(suo)控制(zhi)(zhi)線。
3、 檢(jian)查接線是否正確,緊固件是否松(song)動。
1、 檢查液體(ti)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)極板(ban)對(dui)地(di)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)應(ying)≥5MΩ
(二(er))調試
1、 檢查液(ye)體電(dian)阻(zu)箱位(wei)置(zhi)和極(ji)板活(huo)(huo)動(dong)情(qing)況。在未配電(dian)阻(zu)液(ye)的情(qing)況下直向提取活(huo)(huo)動(dong)極(ji)板,看是否靈活(huo)(huo),否則應擺(bai)正液(ye)體電(dian)阻(zu)箱位(wei)置(zhi)。
2、 主(zhu)電(dian)機(ji)一(yi)(yi)次回路不(bu)合閘,合上(shang)起(qi)動控制柜內(nei)的QF1,極板(ban)應向(xiang)復位向(xiang)移動,否則應立即斷(duan)開QF1,并把A、B、C三相電(dian)源線(xian)中(zhong)任意兩相線(xian)調換一(yi)(yi)下(xia)即可,合上(shang)試(shi)驗(yan)按鈕SA,試(shi)驗(yan)起(qi)動器(qi)的起(qi)動、運行狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態是否正常,然后斷(duan)開SA,看停機(ji)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態是否正常。
3、 配(pei)制電阻液:
1 液體電阻(zu)的確定
串入電(dian)動機(ji)轉(zhuan)子回路每(mei)相電(dian)阻值(zhi)R0,按下式確(que)定:
U2e:轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子開路電(dian)壓 I2e:轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子額定電(dian)流
I1e:定(ding)(ding)子額定(ding)(ding)電流(liu) I1:定(ding)(ding)子運(yun)行電流(liu)
KM:起動轉矩比(bi):1.1~1.3
2 液體電阻的配制
a 先(xian)將(jiang)活動(dong)極板(ban)移到(dao)允許起動(dong)位置(zhi),并(bing)將(jiang)清水(shui)(shui)沖入水(shui)(shui)箱到(dao)規(gui)定水(shui)(shui)位的3/4左右;
b將(jiang)電(dian)液溶解后(hou)分三等份注入三個水箱內,溶液濃度在3%左(zuo)右;
c將活動極升降數次,溶液攪拌(ban)均勻,然后將極板(ban)復位,測每(mei)相兩動靜(jing)極板(ban)間(jian)電(dian)阻值R;
d若R值在Ro范圍(wei)內,就可(ke)試車起(qi)動;若R值未在Ro范圍(wei)內則需要調整(zheng)。R過大(da)時應(ying)變(bian)大(da)電液濃(nong)(nong)度;R過小(xiao)時應(ying)降(jiang)低電液粉濃(nong)(nong)度。
3 液體電阻的測量
將(jiang)液體(ti)電阻的活動極板移至(zhi)允許起(qi)動位置后,給每相兩動靜極板之間通于50HZ,5A交流電流I(A),并(bing)測(ce)量(liang)兩電極之間的壓降V(V),測(ce)液體(ti)電阻值(zhi)為(wei):
R(Ω)= V(V)/ I(A)
測量(liang)電(dian)路如下:
B:調壓器 5KVA A:交流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)表(biao)0.5級(ji) V:交流(liu)電(dian)壓表(biao)0.5級(ji)
(三)試(shi)車
觀察起(qi)動電流是(shi)否小(xiao)于1.3Ie,若(ruo)是(shi),則可以正式投入使用,否則,應(ying)調整(zheng)電阻液(ye)體(ti)濃度(du),若(ruo)起(qi)動電流過(guo)大(da),則應(ying)加適量清水降低電液(ye)濃度(du)。
B:調壓(ya)器 5KVA A:交流電流表0.5級 V:交流電壓(ya)表0.5級
(三)試車
觀察起動電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)(shi)否小(xiao)于(yu)1.3Ie,若(ruo)(ruo)是(shi)(shi),則(ze)可(ke)以正式投入使用(yong),否則(ze),應調整電(dian)(dian)阻液(ye)體濃(nong)度(du),若(ruo)(ruo)起動電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)過大,則(ze)應加適量清水降低電(dian)(dian)液(ye)濃(nong)度(du)。
