電機降壓啟動柜減壓啟動方式有哪些及簡單介紹
我(wo)們知道,電(dian)機啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)有以(yi)下幾種:全壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)接啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),星三角啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),自耦變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),軟啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。其中星三角啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),自耦變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和軟啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)屬于(yu)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)或者減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)雖然(ran)在啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)時(shi)候電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)也會下降,但是同時(shi)也降低頻(pin)率,保證轉矩下降不會很大(da)。下面簡單介紹(shao)以(yi)下降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)。
降壓啟動主要是為了減少起動線路上的電壓驟降,往往針對容量較大的電動機,襄陽電機降壓啟動柜,襄陽電機軟啟動器建議市政電網上的重載啟動的電動機容量超過10KW,輕載啟動的電動機容量超過14KW,應采用降壓啟動。
星三角啟動方式
星三(san)角(jiao)降壓啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)是將電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機定(ding)子(zi)的(de)三(san)相(xiang)繞(rao)組接成(cheng)星型啟(qi)(qi)動(dong),當啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)完畢速度(du)穩定(ding)后,在轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)三(san)角(jiao)形接入正常(chang)運(yun)行。采用(yong)星三(san)角(jiao)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)方式(shi)無(wu)需(xu)新增啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)設(she)備(bei)(bei),采用(yong)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)開關電(dian)(dian)器或(huo)交(jiao)流(liu)接觸器等控制設(she)備(bei)(bei)即可實現。但是啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)轉(zhuan)矩相(xiang)應也將為三(san)角(jiao)形啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)時的(de)1/3。適(shi)用(yong)于定(ding)子(zi)繞(rao)組為三(san)角(jiao)形接線(xian)方式(shi)的(de)無(wu)載或(huo)者輕載啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)小型電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機,對于大型異(yi)步電(dian)(dian)機則不適(shi)用(yong)。
自耦變(bian)壓器啟動方式
自(zi)耦變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)壓(ya)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong),是(shi)將自(zi)耦變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)原(yuan)邊接(jie)入(ru)(ru)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),副邊接(jie)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)定(ding)子繞組(zu)上,即利用(yong)自(zi)耦變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)多抽頭減壓(ya),待電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)轉速基本(ben)穩(wen)定(ding)時切除自(zi)耦變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),將電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)定(ding)子繞組(zu)直接(jie)接(jie)入(ru)(ru)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。自(zi)耦變(bian)壓(ya)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)柜這種方式既能(neng)適(shi)應不同負載啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)需(xu)要(yao),又能(neng)得到(dao)更(geng)大的(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)轉矩(ju),是(shi)一種經(jing)常被用(yong)來啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)較(jiao)大容(rong)量電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)減壓(ya)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)方式。
軟啟動方式
軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器降(jiang)壓啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),采用反并聯(lian)接線(xian)的(de)晶(jing)閘管與電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)每相鏈(lian)接,在電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)過程(cheng)中通過控制晶(jing)閘管導通角的(de)大小(xiao),使電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)流可根據(ju)工作要求(qiu)設定的(de)規律(lv)變化。軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)柜此種(zhong)方式集電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)軟(ruan)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、軟(ruan)停車(che)、輕載節能和多(duo)種(zhong)保護功能于一體的(de)新型電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)數(shu)(shu)字控制設備,采用單片(pian)機(ji)進行數(shu)(shu)據(ju)處(chu)理,實現全部(bu)數(shu)(shu)字化。
